We understand that when you find a property you love, waiting for your application to be approved can be frustrating. We promise you will be advised on the outcome, whether you have been approved or not, 24 hours after your application has been received, but please be aware that overseas owners do sometimes take a little bit longer to get back to us because of the time difference.
Once you’ve found your ideal property, we aim to keep you just as happy as your landlord. We give you direct access to your property’s manager, so you know who is accountable and you can be certain that all calls and correspondence will be responded to quickly.
We also make paying your rent as easy as possible by offering multiple payment options.
In the event that your property requires some maintenance, Just Rent Sydney has access to a team of fully licensed tradespeople who can quickly and efficiently solve any problems that arise.
